Me Pierre FELTGEN

Pierre FELTGEN studied law at the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg where he obtained a Master of Laws degree in 1989. Pierre FELTGEN also holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Agreements and Industrial Property from the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg.
 
Admitted to the bar in 1991, Pierre FELTGEN specialises in commercial law and more particularly in bankruptcy and liquidation law. Mr. FELTGEN continues to be involved and interested in intellectual property rights.
 
Since 2004, Mr. FELTGEN has been running his own practice.

He is the author of several publications, including
    - Le droit d'auteur et droit communautaire, relations entre le principe de la libre circulation des marchandises et le principe du droit de destination de l'auteur published in Annales du Droit Luxembourgeois Tome 2
    - It's Marketing law that matters published by Pitman Publishing for the Financial Times
